This is a 12000 BTU portable air conditioner.  One of the features that people will appreciate is the timer.  This will allow you to turn off the portable air conditioner before you leave your home.  Then it will turn on before you get back.  Your portable air conditioner will ensure that you have comfortable house to come back to.

Has anyone tried to make your own air conditioner?  This looks pretty wild.  Maybe a great science project.  This will not work in all situations.  I imagine if your summers are hot and humid, this homemade windowless air conditioner won’t take the moisture out of the air.  But this portable air conditioner may do well in drier climates.
