Has anyone tried to make your own air conditioner?  This looks pretty wild.  Maybe a great science project.  This will not work in all situations.  I imagine if your summers are hot and humid, this homemade windowless air conditioner won’t take the moisture out of the air.  But this portable air conditioner may do well in drier climates.

A portable air conditioner that can heat.

I live in a climate that experiences both hot, humid summers; and unbelievably cold winters.  A portable air conditioner that can heat, has a definite place in my life.  All year round.


That cold, draughty basement in our 120 year old home sure could use the additional heat.  And of course the family room – with its TV’s and game consoles DEFINITELY needs the additional cooling.

Enter the portable air conditioner that will heat.  Terrific?

This is a portable air conditioning unit, with a cooling capacity of 12000 Btu, which can effortlessly cool down the upstairs or downstairs of a house/flat. It can also be used as a basic fan.
